How billing works

Two ways to pay. No surprises.

Monthly

Teams of up to 20
  • Pay only for the people who used Zeto that month.
  • Anything counts as using it: signing in, moving a ticket, approving something.
  • Someone didn't use it that month? They're free.
  • Cancel any time. Minimum of one person.

Annual

Any size · required for 21+ people
  • Choose how many people. Pay for the year up front.
  • Volume pricing, plus two months free.
  • You pay for that number every month for 12 months, whether or not people use Zeto. No refunds for unused months.
  • More people than you chose in a month? You pay for the extras that month, at your discounted price.
  • Renews each year. We email you 30 days before.
Example
  1. A company signs up for 100 people, annual. They pay for 100 people, every month, for 12 months.
  2. If they stop using Zeto after three months, they still pay for 100 people for the rest of the year.
  3. If 110 people use Zeto in a busy month, they pay for 10 extra that month.

Pricing FAQ

Who counts as active on a monthly plan?

Anyone who did anything in Zeto that month: signed in, worked a ticket, approved something, even from Slack or email. Staff, contractors and approvers alike. AI coding agents never count.

We stopped using Zeto partway through an annual plan. Do we get money back?

No. Annual is a 12-month commitment for the number of people you chose, used or not. That's why it costs less. If you're not sure yet, start monthly.

Why do teams over 20 have to go annual?

Bigger teams get volume pricing. Annual is what makes that price possible.

Do I pay for the AI?

No. Zeto runs on the AI subscriptions your team already has (Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, DeepSeek, GLM, Gemini). No AI markup.

Why only one plan?

Because everything works together. The estimates feed the pay, the tests feed the approvals. Splitting it into tiers would only take pieces away.

Why not build this myself?

You could. We did, and it took well over a year. Zeto is that year, ready on day one.

Can I bring my existing data?

Yes. Bring your TestRail test library with you, and we'll help you move your Jira tickets over.
